Not sure what ingredients you can find there, but it should be do-able!

Cheesecake Cookie Cups
12 pieces Refrigerated Cookie Dough (pre-made, comes in a tube thing)
1 package (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
½ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Large Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Paper line 12 muffin cups.
Place one piece of cookie dough into each muffin cup.
Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until cookie has spread to edge of cup.
Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, egg, and vanilla extract in medium bowl until smooth. Pour about 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each cookie in cup.
Bake for an additional 15 to 18 minutes, or until set. Cool completely in pan or on wire rack. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate for one hour.

I used Chocolate chip cookies and they were quite tasty, but I bet any variety of cookie dough would work! Let me know if you make them!Meganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17327796154572794687noreply@blogger.com
